Health Care and Rehabilitation Services, southeastern Vermont’s nonprofit community mental-health agency, has appointed Kristin Reifenrath as director of its Division of Children, Youth and Family Services.
Reifenrath, who joined HCRS in 2023 as a clinical consultant/supervisor, brings a wealth of experience and leadership to her new role.

Reifenrath is a graduate of St. Andrews University and holds a Master of Social Work from the Springfield College School of Social Work. Her extensive experience includes working across various residential programs and providing crucial support to youth with developmental disabilities and children facing emotional and behavioral challenges.
