Attorney Zachary Heier and senior financial professional Bobbi Kilburn have joined the northern New England law firm Downs Rachlin Martin. Heier will work out of the firm's Burlington office and Kilburn will be based in DRM's Brattleboro office.
Heier, former assistant attorney general with the North Dakota Office of the Attorney General, will join DRM's labor and employment team as an associate. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont and holds a law degree from North Dakota School of Law.

Kilburn, former director of finance and grant management at the Brattleboro Development Credit Corp., will serve as DRM's chief financial officer. She is a magna cum laude graduate of Keene State College and holds an MBA in business administration and management from Southern New Hampshire University.
