Lauren Dorsey, a recent classical studies graduate of Dartmouth College, has been named education specialist at the American Precision Museum in Windsor. In this role, she is responsible for organizing the museum's upcoming events, including the Model Engineering Show, and preparing the museum's new grant-funded STEM education boxes for classrooms across Vermont and New Hampshire.
Before working at the museum, Dorsey designed a series of virtual exhibits, including the "The Kitchen in the Cabinet," which explored 18th- and 19th-century food history, and a show on Athenian democracy at the Ure Museum of Greek Archeology in Reading, England.
