David Silverman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Union Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Kelly Deforge to the Bank’s Mortgage Origination team.
As a Senior Mortgage Loan Originator, Deforge is responsible for working with homebuyers to help them navigate the financing process to ensure that they acquire the most beneficial financing for their situation. Deforge will be working out of the Bank’s Loan Processing Office in South Burlington and brings twenty years of experience to her new position. She was a regular top producer in her previous roles for VHFA, Shelter Mortgage and Universal Mortgage.
Deforge is the Northwestern Vermont Board of REALTORS® Affiliate of the Year, a graduate of Leadership Champlain, a board member of Home Share Vermont, a committee member and homebuyer workshop instructor at Champlain Housing Trust and a past committee member of the Homebuilders and Remodelers of Northern Vermont. She is a certified Mortgage Professional with Vermont Mortgage Bankers Association as well as an approved instructor for CE Credits for real estate professionals.
