Community National Bank promotes five to senior vice president positions

Five long-time employees of Community National Bank — Justin Bourgeois, Jennifer Daigle, Beth Morin, Kelly Paul and Kimico Perry — have been promoted to senior vice president for their demonstrated commitment to the bank, its customers and its employees, President and CEO Kathy Austin announced.

Bourgeois joined CNB in 2009 as a commercial lender, was promoted to vice president and commercial loan officer in 2010 and promoted again in 2018 to regional vice president. He is a graduate of Champlain College.

Daigle joined the bank in 2005 as a commercial credit analyst and, after several incremental promotions, was named vice president and senior credit officer in 2016. She attended the Northern New England School of Banking, has taken several courses through the Vermont Bankers Association and Risk Management Association and is a recent graduate of the New England School for Financial Studies at Babson College.

Morin started working at CNB in 1985 as a secretary in the loan and trust departments and has been promoted several times since then, mostly recently in 2019 to vice president and senior loan operations officer. She has taken several courses through the Center for Financial Training Education Alliance and is a graduate of the Northern New England School of Banking.

Paul was hired by the bank in 1988 as a teller in the Derby office and has held several different positions at the bank since that time. In 2010, she was promoted to vice president for compliance and enterprise risk manager. She has attended the Northern New England School of Banking, the New England School for Financial Studies at Babson and the American Bankers Association’s Compliance Schools.

Perry joined Community National in 1991 as a part-time teller in the Newport office and accepted a full-time position in the Barton office the following year. Since that time, she has been promoted several times, most recently to vice president and human resources officer in 2013. Perry attended the Northern New England School of Banking and has received certification by the Society for Human Resources Management as a professional in human resources.
