Lorin Holmes, former brand project manager at the advertising services firm Guru, has joined Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman as a realtor.
Holmes brings a diverse background in client services, marketing, sales and hospitality to her role guiding homebuyers and sellers. In 2011, she founded VermontWeddings.com, an online wedding planning resource connecting couples with over 1,000 local businesses and enhancing marketing strategies for Vermont wedding vendors.
During the pandemic, Holmes served as a business consultant for the Vermont Small Business Recovery Technical Assistance Program, offering strategy sessions, market analysis and digital marketing plans. Her efforts helped small businesses pivot and stay relevant in a rapidly changing environment.
Holmes is a business administration and management graduate of Boston University.
