Caleidoscope is pleased to announce that Jason Sykes started his new job as our Customer Service Specialist in July. Working closely with Caleidoscope's implementation, sales support, and sales team, Jason brings a vast range of talent and experience to the job. In his role as Customer Service Specialist, Jason provides quality direct customer and account representative support. He provides direct services to customers and supports Caleidoscope's relationship with our carrier partners. As a former employee of Great Auk Wireless and Sovernet with experience in the field as a technician and customer service representative, Caleidoscope is confident that Jason will bring an even higher level of satisfaction to our customers.
