Bennington College announced the appointment of nine new faculty members for the 2022-23 school year. These include neurodiverse activists and change-makers, multiple trans scholars, women in traditionally underrepresented fields and two former Bennington College students, among others.
“Each new faculty member is a strategic partner who will help shape the Bennington experience for our students,” said Bennington College President Laura Walker. “They bring a diversity of personal experience and ideas to the campus and their work and are perfectly aligned to the Bennington tradition of practice and thought. We are very excited about their arrival this year and look forward to their engagement with the larger college and community.”
