Ledyard National Bank is pleased to announce that Barbara Graf has joined the bank as its Senior Vice President and Human Resources Director. Barbara has more than 20 years of experience in creating, implementing and managing comprehensive human resources and organizational systems. Prior to joining Ledyard, she was the Human Resources Director at Downs Rachlin Martin, PLLC in Burlington, Vermont, where she was employed for over 10 years.
Barbara graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Psychology from Trinity College in Burlington. She earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification in 1998 from the Society for Human Resource Management. Barbara has been a program co-chair and Vermont Human Resources Association board member since 2008. She will be relocating to the Upper Valley from Shelburne.
