Mr. Kowalczyk comes to Sovernet with over twenty years of successful financial and operations management, including ten years with telecommunications companies: Maine Cellular, Prexar Internet, and Utilities, Inc. Bill has led the development of strategic plans and implemented financial and operational systems in a number of companies. Most recently he was CFO for an international seafood wholesaler in Connecticut. Bill has a BA in Accounting from Northeastern University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. At Sovernet, Mr. Kowalczyk will oversee the staff accounting and monthly financial preparation functions for Sovernet and its subsidiary ION, as well as purchasing and capital budget planning for the company.
