Peregrine Design/Build in South Burlington announced that long-time employees Jillian Bartolo and Griffin Allen will take ownership of the company upon Tim Frost’s retirement in 2024. Collectively, Bartolo and Allen bring more than 20 years of design and construction experience to this leadership role.
“I am so confident that with Jillian and Griffin’s guidance, Peregrine will continue to deliver a high level of client satisfaction by providing industry-leading knowledge, design and craftsmanship, said Frost, who has steered the company for the past three decades.
Bartolo has been a leader on Peregrine's design and sales team since 2011. She has a bachelor’s degree in interior design from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston and accreditations in kitchen and bath design from The National Association of Remodelers.
Allen has been an integral part of the design team since 2013. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in architecture, also from Wentworth Institute, has a leadership role on the board of directors of the Vermont Builders and Remodelers Association, and is immediate past chair of the VBRA’s Remodelers Council.
Frost will mentor Bartolo and Allen over the next five years to ensure that Peregrine is set up for a seamless transition and continued success.
