Paul Kowalski has been promoted from personal banker to branch relationship manager at the Woodstock office of Bar Harbor Bank & Trust. In this new role, he leads the retail banking team to provide solutions and guidance to help individuals, families and businesses in Woodstock and surrounding communities meet their financial goals.
Kowalski has spent nearly a decade in bank branch management, including stops at Charter One Bank and Merchants Bank. He then transitioned into economic development, serving as senior project manager at Springfield Regional Development Corp. He joined Bar Harbor Bank & Trust in 2024.
Kowalski is a graduate of Marist College and has completed coursework at the Center for Financial Training. He has served for 10 years on the board of directors of the Springfield Vermont Rotary Club and is a former firefighter/first responder with his local volunteer fire department in Plymouth.
