Michael Languasco, former assistant vice president and mortgage account officer at M&T Bank in South Burlington, has joined the Chittenden County residential lending team at Union Bank of Vermont and New Hampshire as senior mortgage loan officer. He will work out of the bank's Williston Loan Center.

Languasco formerly served for almost two decades on the Vermont Builders & Remodelers Association, where was honored in 2018 as Associate of the Year. He is a member of the Vermont Association of Realtors, Vermont Mortgage Bankers Association and the Northwest Vermont Realtor Association.
