Leo Pond joins Blue Ridge Real Estate

Leo Pond

Blue Ridge Real Estate, a personalized real estate boutique serving central Vermont, has appointed Leo Pond as a realtor at the firm.

Pond, a senior at Rutland High School who concurrently attends classes at Castleton University, has always had a knack for connecting with people and, from a young age, demonstrated an entrepreneurial spirit. With a keen eye for detail and an aptitude for negotiation, he has already proved his ability to navigate the complexities of the housing market.

Pond has an extensive professional history, currently working part time as a law clerk at C.W. Blanchard, a Rutland law practice. He also has worked in marketing as an intern for The U.S Ski Team and as a consultant for the Killington World Cup Foundation.

He is actively involved in local charities and volunteer organizations and serves on the board of directors of The Mentor Connector, a local youth-focused nonprofit.
