Paul Poquette Realty Group welcomes REALTOR® Brandi LaBounty to their team of professional real estate agents who serve Northwestern Vermont. She is a graduate of Cazenovia College with a degree in Business Management.
Born and raised in Fairfield, VT, Brandi believes, “A home is so much more than four walls and a roof. It’s where memories are made that will last a lifetime.”
She was initially inspired by the tiny house movement. “The tiny house movement was just starting to take off so I wrote a business plan for a tiny house manufacturing company. Through research of zoning and real estate laws, I found myself looking to take real estate a little farther.”
Brandi is excited to help sellers find the right buyer to pass their home on to and to help buyers find the home that will become such an integral part of their future.
In addition to being a REALTOR, Brandi has multi-faceted interests which include being an assistant coach for the BFA Track and Field Team and a river guide on the Lamoille River in Jeffersonville. Her entrepreneurial spirit and love of animals are apparent as she also offers pet sitting in her spare time.
