Gallagher, Flynn & Company, LLP (GFC) is pleased to announce that Krysta E M Sadowski has joined the firm as Senior Manager of its Human Resources Consulting Division. Krysta brings extensive talent strategy and management consulting expertise to the team at GFC. Most recently, she was the Director of Strategic Partnerships for an innovative start-up in Boston that designed unique workforce training solutions. Prior to that, she was a strategy, talent, and organization consultant with Accenture in Washington, DC. Earlier in her career, she created leadership development and experiential education programs in Australia.
GFC’s Human Resource Consulting Division helps its clients find, grow, and retain key employees by helping them with executive recruiting, improving compensation systems, and creating comprehensive talent development strategies. They serve a wide range of businesses and non-profits in Vermont and beyond. Krysta will be playing a key role in expanding the ways GFC helps organizations in these critical areas.
Krysta grew up in South Burlington, graduated from The George Washington University Summa Cum Laude and was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society. She is thrilled to be returning to Vermont and serving Vermont businesses and organizations.
