JVillage Network expands senior management team

Jvillage Network, a provider of synagogue websites and online membership solutions for strengthening the Jewish community, welcomes Jill Minkoff as director of operations.

Minkoff comes to Jvillage from New York City, where she worked as project manager for The Jewish Education Project while simultaneously attending rabbinical school. In her role as project manager, she engaged teams to experiment with and discover innovative strategies to involve post-B’nei Mitzvah youth in the Jewish community. In her earlier career, Minkoff served as director of store systems for Neiman Marcus Dallas, where she played an instrumental role in redesigning infrastructure to more than double the number of stores. Minkoff possesses a diverse background in information systems and technology, having led teams for IBM and Marion Merrell Dow, Inc. With Vision Connections Inc. & Aleph Systems, she helped Fortune 1000 corporations achieve strategic change for bottom-line results.

“Jill has an exceptional background of not only business success, but also religious success. She can speak to our client base in a very unique way with the strength of business know-how and religious experience,” said Mark Yaschik, president of Jvillage Network. “Jill’s talents will help us increase the value that we provide to our clients, and the entire Jewish community as a whole.”

In her new role, Minkoff will help enhance the company’s infrastructure to forge deeper connections with its client base.

“My goal is to help our team be efficient and effective in creating products that help our congregations engage with their members, and members to their greater communities,” said Minkoff.
