The 2021 Region 1 Risk Management Professional of the year for Region 1 International Association of Insurance Professionals (IAIP) is Lindsey Farrar. Lindsey has been a valuable member of the Risk Management Team at Hickok and Boardman since 2013, rising from Service Coordinator to Workers Compensation Risk Manager. She has obtained her Worker's Compensation Adjusters license in Vermont New Hampshire and New York. She has also received her RWCS, Registered Workers Compensation Specialist Designation. To say that Lindsey has consistently been an outstanding risk management professional would not be an understatement as she has won Risk Management Professional of the year in 2015 at the CVAIP chapter level and more recently at the 2017 IAIP Region 1 Conference. Lindsay has served our CVAIP chapter tirelessly since 2014 in many Board and committee capacities and currently is CVAIP Vice President.
