Beth Hammond, former executive director of Heineberg Community Senior Center, has joined Living Well Group, a nonprofit organization with residential care homes in Burlington and Montpelier, as executive director.
Hammond brings a wealth of experience in nonprofit management and program development to Living Well’s management team. During her tenure at the Heineberg center, the organization reinvented itself to become a vibrant destination and resource for hundreds of older adults throughout greater Burlington.
Hammond holds degrees in business administration and international business from Northeastern University.
