Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC (DRM) has announced that Attorney Robin Rodriguez has joined the firm’s Litigation Team as an Associate. Rodriguez brings strong credentials and diverse experience to the firm’s robust litigation practice.
Rodriguez joins DRM with extensive experience in commercial litigation and arbitration, immigration law, and criminal matters. She is a graduate of Florida State University, and earned her J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law and her Masters of Law in International Commercial Arbitration from Stockholm University.
“The strength of our Litigation Team is based on combining deep legal knowledge with practical experience,” said Chris Roy, Chair of the firm’s Litigation Group. “Robin’s training in commercial arbitration and business-related disputes strengthens our cross-disciplinary commercial litigation and white collar crime defense practices, while her analytical skills and experience with the complexities of federal immigration law will bring value to the wide variety of cases our clients face.”
A native English speaker, Rodriguez is fluent in French and proficient in Spanish. She will work out of DRM’s Burlington office.
