Alison Sherman, an attorney at Downs Rachlin Martin law firm in Burlington, has been elected a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel for the state of Vermont. ACTEC is the premier trust and estate planning fellowship in the United States.
Sherman, a director at DRM, has practiced in the area of trusts and estates law for 11 years. She holds a law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston.
