Attorney Andrew Mikell has joined the real estate law group at the northern New England law firm Downs Rachlin Martin. He will serve as of counsel and practice from the firm’s Burlington office.
Mikell brings with him significant experience in Vermont real estate law, deepening the firm’s capabilities in serving commercial real estate developers, buyers and sellers of property, common interest community associations, commercial lenders and clients involved in litigation.
Prior to joining DRM, Mikell served as senior vice president, state manager and title counsel for the Connecticut-based legal services firm CATIC’s Vermont operations. He is active in the Vermont Bar Association, having served on its Real Property and Title Standards Committees for more than 25 years.
