Larry Sudbay, President and Chief Executive Officer of SymQuest® Group, announced that Chris Peterman, Network Support Engineer, has received certification as an HDI Support Center Analyst. HDI is the leader in certification and training for help desk, support center and service desk professionals.

The HDI Support Center Analyst (HDI-SCA) course focuses on strategies for effective customer care and problem resolution, as well as the fundamentals for help desk, support center, customer support processes and tools, as well as exposure to Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes. The ITIL is the worldwide de facto standard in service management.
