Burlington litigation attorney David Pocius admitted to U.S. Supreme Court Bar

Paul Frank + Collins P.C. has announced that David M. Pocius, a Director and Shareholder of the firm, has been admitted to the bar of the United States Supreme Court. The swearing-in-ceremony took place on Tuesday, March 26th at the U.S. Supreme Court Building on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. Mr. Pocius was admitted in open court alongside 12 defense attorneys and in-house counsel from the Defense Research Institutes’ Young Lawyers Committee.

As a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Bar, Mr. Pocius can file and argue cases before the justices and attend Supreme Court oral arguments closed to the public. Being a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Bar is an honor enjoyed by relatively few practicing attorneys.

Mr. Pocius’s practice focuses primarily on Commercial Litigation and Medical Malpractice Defense. He is also a member of the Property + Development and Employment + Labor Law teams. In addition to the United States Supreme Court, Attorney Pocius is admitted to practice in the States of New York and Vermont, the federal courts of Vermont, the Northern and Southern Districts of New York, the District of Connecticut, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
