Shearer Chevrolet is pleased to announce the return of a long-time employee and familiar face to the Shearer family. Doug Bouvier, who lives in Vergennes with his wife Jennifer Honeywood, previously worked at Shearer Chevrolet in Sales and Management for about 20 years. He took a short hiatus to pursue other interests and enjoy some traveling.

Hinesburg song writer and author Rik Palieri is one of thirty artists featured on the Grammy Nominated CD , "Singing Through the Hard Times, a Tribute To Utah Phillips", in the Best Traditional Folk category. Rik said " I knew when I was asked to record one of Utah's songs for this CD, that I was working on something of value, but I never expected anything like this!

Nathan Mascolino, a design engineer at Vermont Heating and Ventilating located in Winooski, VT, has recently obtained licensing as a Professional Engineer from the State of Vermont. Nathan is a 2002 graduate of Clarkson University, and works with other Vermont Heating and Ventilating’s design engineers and LEED Accredited Professionals.

Doug Bergstein, a 5th and 6th grade science teacher at Fayston Elementary School in Waitsfield, Vermont is preparing to travel to Tamarino, Costa Rica January 15-25, 2010 where he will be studying and monitoring leatherback sea turtles as part of an Earthwatch Expedition being sponsored by the National Life Group Charitable Foundation.
