The Agency of Commerce and Community Development announced that June Plankey of Colchester is the new Director of the Vermont Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC).

The Windham Foundation has appointed Robert Donald as Chief Financial Officer for the organization, it was announced today by president and CEO Dr. John Bramley. This is a new position created in response to the increasing size and complexity of the finances and operations of the Foundation and its subsidiaries. He is scheduled to start with the Foundation at the end of March.
