Governor Phil Scott today announced the appointments of John Carroll of Norwich and John O’Keefe of Manchester Center to Vermont’s State Board of Education.

Vermont orthopaedic surgeon David A Halsey, MD, became first vice president of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) Board of Directors today at the organization's 2017 Annual Meeting. PC Construction Senior Vice President Jay Fayette was inducted into the Vermont State Colleges (VSC) Hall of Fame yesterday and honored with a 2017 Distinguished Alumni Award. Fayette, a 1985 graduate of Vermont Technical College (Vermont Tech), was born and raised in South Burlington and studied Civil Engineering Technology.
