Southwestern Vermont Medical Center (SVMC) has welcomed Kurt Wagner, MD, to the SVMC Emergency Department.

Dr. Wagner received his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago. He completed a residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Illinois Hospital in Chicago and a residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Chicago Hospitals.

SVMC Pownal Campus, a new family medicine practice serving patients in Southwestern Vermont and the Northern Berkshires, welcomes Barbara Raskin, MD.

SymQuest Group, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc., recently announced the addition of Stephen Trombly, Leonard Sokol, and Matt Weber to its operations department. North American Breweries has announced that Mark Hegedus, a beer industry veteran, will lead the Magic Hat Brewing Company as general manager. This newly created position is part of North American Breweries’ plan to re-invigorate and grow Magic Hat’s position as an established craft brewery with a 21-year history.
