Sean Riley, President & CEO, Maine Course Hospitality Group, announces the appointment of Billie Quintin as General Manager for the Home2 Suites by Hilton, in downtown Williston, VT. Most recently, Quintin was General Manager of the Courtyard in Williston Vt. She began as a part time front desk associate and rose through the ranks to the GM role.

The Vermont Association of Hospitals and Health Systems (VAHHS) today announced Steven R. Gordon, President and CEO at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital (BMH) will serve as chair of the board for the organization. VAHHS is the statewide advocacy association representing all of Vermont’s non-profit hospitals and health systems. Gordon has served as President and CEO of BMH since 2011.

Rutland Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce that Sarah Bache, Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) has recently joined the team at Rutland Women’s Healthcare. Sarah will specialize in the comprehensive care of women throughout the lifespan, focusing on reproductive, obstetric, and gynecological health.

Alison Romegialli, MD has joined the White River Junction VA Medical Center to provide specialized, person-centered care for aging Veterans. As a Geriatrician, Dr. Romegialli is specially trained to manage health issues in older adults and provide care to the whole person.

Armand Bernagozzi has joined BlackRock Construction, a division of Adam Hergenrother Companies, as the Senior Commercial Project Manager. With over 30 years of office and field experience, Armand oversees all aspects of a project from start to finish including, estimating, project planning, bidding, budget control, and scheduling.

Rutland Regional Medical Center is pleased to welcome Andrew P. DeNicco, MD to our Hospital Medicine team. Dr. DeNicco received his Medical Degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is board-certified in internal medicine and completed his internship and residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital, Miami Florida.

The Riverside School began the 2019-20 school year by welcoming 107 students in Pre K – 8th grade from 16 towns and villages including Albany, Barnet, Danville, East Burke, East Haven, Guildhall, Kirby, Lyndonville, McIndoes Falls, Newark, Peacham, St. Johnsbury, Westmore, West Burke, West Glover and Wheelock. Riverside also welcomed two new members to the faculty.

Deborah Schapiro and Lou Polish, MD, shared the honor of winning this year’s Above and Beyond Award at the Stern Center for Language and Learning’s 36th Annual Meeting on October 10, 2019. The Agency of Education is pleased to announce that Elisabeth Kahn, a French and Spanish teacher at Main Street Middle School in Montpelier, is the 2020 Vermont Teacher of the Year. Ms Kahn’s selection was announced at an all-school assembly at the school. Kahn will begin her tenure as Vermont Teacher of the Year on Jan 1, 2020.

Corrine Gardiner, MAT joined the Stern Center for Language and Learning’s staff as an instructor. Corrine brings a wealth of knowledge about structured literacy and math to her work providing customized instruction for students. She has over a decade of experience teaching students individually and in the classroom across a wide range of subjects.
