SunCommon, Vermont’s largest solar company, has expanded by hiring new staff, including an executive leadership team. Tom Berry joins SunCommon as the new VP of Marketing and Sales and Jim Merriam as VP of Operations.

Christine Lund, M Ed, was hired by SchoolHack Solutions of Bristol, VT as sales representative for the company’s LiFT personalized learning software platform. “Chris started her career as a teacher and guidance counselor” says David Lipkin, CEO of SchoolHack Solutions.

Associate Professor of Art Emeritus Greg Winterhalter recently donated one of his large-scale paintings, titled “Hoosick Falls Armory” (1978) to Southern Vermont College (SVC). Winterhalter retired in 2016 after teaching humanities classes for 37 years at the College. His painting is on display on the second floor of the Everett Mansion.

New England Federal Credit Union (NEFCU) announced today that Jennifer Dill is joining NEFCU staff as Deposit Services and Plastic Card Operations Manager. Jennifer brings over 18 years of local banking operations management and supervisory experience to NEFCU.

Judy Tartaglia, The UVM Health Network - Central Vermont Medical Center’s President and CEO, announced that she will retire on March 31, 2017. Tartaglia became CEO of Central Vermont Medical Center in 2007. Prior to joining CVMC, she was the President and CEO of Miles Health Care in Maine.

American Resort Management, LLC of Erie, PA announce the selection of the general manager for the new Hampton by Hilton St Albans, scheduled to open in Spring 2017. St Albans native and hospitality management veteran Maureen Brown will serve as the general manager for the hotel under development in the heart of downtown St Albans.
