Passumpsic Bank welcomes Ryan Carr as IT Technician. In this role, Ryan will help maintain the bank’s technology infrastructure by supporting system upgrades, strengthening network security, and deploying hardware to ensure secure, reliable operations across the organization.
Ryan brings a strong background in information technology and education. Most recently, he served as a Computer Science and Robotics Career and Technical Education teacher at SAU 36, where he developed technology curriculum and built hands-on learning environments. Previously, as a District Computer Technician for SAU 58, he managed wired and wireless networks, maintained firewalls, resolved hardware and software issues, and implemented critical security updates.

Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Northern Vermont University and has earned several technology certifications, including Google Certified Educator and IC3 GS6 Computer Literacy. He also has experience with Python programming, Active Directory administration, and AI technologies.
