John Beal leased 85,785+/- SF at 36 River Road, Essex to Paragon ID.  Beal represented the tenant, and Pomerleau Real Estate represented the landlord.

Linda I. Letourneau and John Beal leased 4,300 SF to Transervice Logistics at 195 Acorn Lane, Colchester.  Letourneau and Beal assisted both the tenant and the landlord, 195 Acorn Lane, LLC.

Call the Whale, LLC leased 4,200 SF at 4735 Williston Road, South Burlington from South Burlington Realty Company.  John Beal represented the tenant.

Seventh Generation relocated its headquarters to 530 Community Drive, South Burlington.  Their new space consists of 20,185 SF.  Tony Blake and Yves Bradley represented Seventh Generation, and John Beal assisted the landlord, 30 Community Drive, LLC.

Seth Davis leased 2,851 SF at 5573 Woodstock Road, Quechee on behalf of the landlord, Quechee Gorge Village.

Yves Bradley brokered the sale of a property at 276 North Avenue, Burlington.  Bradley assisted the seller, Ficociello Real Estate #3, LLC, and the buyer, 276 North Avenue, LLC.

John Beal announced the sale of a property at 454 Mountain Road, Stowe to Merrifield Services Group Holding, LLC.

Linda I. Letourneau announced a lease of 2,680 SF at 140 Kennedy Drive, South Burlington.  Letourneau assisted the landlord, Group Five Investments, LLC, and the tenant, Aprire.

Letourneau also leased 1,400 SF at 36 Thorssen Way, Burlington to Stowe Thai Cuisine, LLC.  Letourneau assisted the tenant and the landlord, Great Cedars, LLC, in this transaction.

Frame Interactive Studio leased space at 28 Howard Street, Burlington from Howard Space Partnership, LLC.  John Beal assisted both parties.

Yves Bradley announced the lease of 6,667 SF at 212 Battery Street, Burlington, to Hack Club.  Bradley assisted the landlord, DW Properties, LLC and the tenant.

Seth Davis leased 600 SF at 35 King Street, Burlington to Stefan Ryder from 35 King Street, LLC. Davis assisted both parties in this transaction.

Yves Bradley leased 1,718 SF at 12 Washington Street, Middlebury to Buy Again Alley.  Bradley assisted the tenant and the landlord, Albertsons Companies.

O'Reilly Auto Enterprises leased 23,940 SF at 160 Paine Turnpike North, Berlin from Albertsons Companies.  Yves Bradley represented the landlord and J. L. Davis Realty represented the tenant.

Linda I. Letourneau and John Beal brokered the sale of a commercial property at 1220 Shelburne Road, South Burlington to Minglewood Property Management, LLC.

Cafe Hot, formerly located at 198 Main Street, Burlington, was sold to Farmers & Foragers.   John Beal brokered the sale of the business.
