“These awards reflect the strength and range of Vermont Public’s newsroom and local content,” said Angela Evancie, senior vice president of content at Vermont Public. “I’m especially proud that this year’s recognition spans all of our major platforms — radio, digital, video and podcasting — and reflects the many ways our journalists are serving Vermonters with thoughtful, ambitious and deeply reported work.”

The Radio Television Digital News Association is the world’s largest professional organization devoted exclusively to electronic journalism. Vermont Public competes in Region 10, encompassing Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont. Regional winners are under consideration for National Edward R.
