Vermont Nut Free Chocolates expands marketing team with Hadley Roy and Selena Lamphere

Vermont Nut Free Chocolates is growing to meet the demand of ingredient conscious shoppers with the promotion of Hadley Roy to Marketing Manager, a new position within the company, and the hiring of Selena Lamphere as the Sales and Marketing Coordinator. 

During her six years at Vermont Nut Free Chocolates, Roy has transformed the company’s digital and eCommerce marketing efforts through strategic campaigns, expanded brand visibility, and a more structured marketing approach. 

“The confectionery industry is always changing, whether it’s ingredient innovation, consumer trends, or finding new ways to connect with customers. We’re growing a national brand and we believe families deserve to know about indulgent chocolates

In her new role, Roy will lead the company’s marketing strategy, overseeing brand growth initiatives and supporting Vermont Nut Free Chocolates as it continues to scale. Roy recently completed the marketing launch of new Mini Caramel Cups in milk chocolate and dark chocolate sea salt. She is also leading the company’s marketing campaigns for the transformation to 100% all natural dyes in 2026.

Selena Lamphere joins Vermont Nut Free Chocolates as Sales and Marketing Coordinator after six years in the luxury beauty industry, including working with Tata Harper, a company also founded in Vermont.
