Recruiting Maple Producers for Price Reporting

Agency of Agriculture, Food & Markets The Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Food, and Markets is just over halfway through our pilot project to develop a Vermont Maple Sap and Syrup price reporting program. Are you producing and selling maple syrup or sap in bulk or wholesale? We are looking for producers to report volume and prices of sales monthly. In the fall, we will distribute a stipend of $25 for each submitted report. All submissions are kept confidential.

You can see how the data submitted is being used on the Maple Price and Volume Reporting page. Printable reports are generated and an interactive dashboard is updated monthly.

If you sell maple sap or syrup in bulk or wholesale and are interested in participating in this program, fill out a brief survey to get the process started.

If you have any questions, please email [email protected].
