Community National Bank (CNB) President and CEO Christopher Caldwell has announced Brandyn Bassett has accepted the position of Montpelier Office Manager and Bank Officer. Brandyn brings over 10 years of banking experience to his new role at CNB.
Prior to joining CNB, Brandyn held the position of Branch Manager. He has taken numerous classes through Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) and the Center for Financial Training and Education Alliance (CFTEA). He has the following certificates: Mortgage Banking Fundamentals, IRA Contributions, IRA Distributions, Establishing an IRA, IRA Transfers and Rollovers, Teller Specialist, Traditional IRA RMD’s, Universal Banker and Branch Administration. Brandyn serves as a board member for the Central Vermont Chamber of Commerce.
Brandyn makes his home in Barre. In his free time, he enjoys restoring old watches, running an online store and is an avid kayaker.
