ReArch Construction has added three talented professionals to its growing team: Shannon Spaulding as Estimating Coordinator, Jeff Gregory as Project Manager II, and Amanda Savage as Director of Business Development.

Jeff Gregory joins ReArch as a Project Manager II, where he will serve as a key point of contact for owners and A&E teams, collaborating with project teams and clients to guide projects from preconstruction through completion with a focus on coordination, efficiency, and execution.

Jeff brings extensive experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, and civil construction projects, with a background spanning markets across the western United States. His expertise covers all phases of construction—from excavation through closeout—and includes strong preconstruction and estimating capabilities. Known for his ability to coordinate project teams, manage budgets, and navigate complex project demands, Jeff strengthens ReArch’s ability to deliver high-quality results across diverse project types.

Amanda Savage, Director of Business Development

Director of Business Development, Amanda Savage, will focus on expanding ReArch’s presence throughout the New Hampshire market.

Amanda brings extensive business development experience in the construction sector, with a strong emphasis on building strategic relationships, supporting project pursuits, and driving growth through client engagement. She has a proven track record of identifying new opportunities, leading client presentations, supporting proposal development, and fostering partnerships across the industry. Her experience also includes involvement in statewide workforce development initiatives, further strengthening her ability to connect industry stakeholders and support long-term growth.

Amanda is active in the community, serving on several boards, including the City of Concord Planning Board, Plan New Hampshire, and the Boys & Girls Club of Central and Northern NH.

As the company continues to expand its impact and deliver value to clients across the region, Amanda’s expertise will be invaluable.

Shannon Spaulding, Estimating Coordinator

Shannon Spaulding joins ReArch’s team as an Estimating Coordinator. In this role, Shannon will support the estimating team throughout the preconstruction phase, assisting with project coordination, documentation, and internal communication to help ensure a seamless transition from preconstruction to construction. Her expertise in managing project documentation and coordinating multiple teams will be instrumental in keeping preconstruction efforts organized and efficient.

Shannon brings experience from her previous role at a national design firm, where she supported project teams and principal architects. Her strong organizational and communication skills make her a valuable addition to the company and help ensure projects get off to a strong start.
