Rose Polyakova, co-owner and operator of Heart of the Village Inn in Shelburne, has joined the Lipkin Audette Team at Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman. She brings a strong background in finance, entrepreneurial experience, a heart for hospitality, and a record of completing a half marathon in all 50 states to her new career as a REALTOR.
Originally from Washington, DC, Polyakova began her career advising consumer and business clients on investment and credit solutions at a leading global financial institution. She later pursued business studies before launching her own venture.
Polyakova’s path to Vermont was shaped by a personal goal to run a half-marathon in all fifty states. Drawn to the state’s landscape and strong sense of community, Rose and her husband, Anatoly, are the resident owner-operators of the Heart of the Village Inn in Shelburne. For more than a decade, she has welcomed guests from around the world, gaining firsthand insight into the region and helping visitors experience Vermont in a meaningful way. The couple will continue to operate their successful Inn while Rose also focuses on her real estate career.
Her connection to the state runs deep—she has visited and run at least a mile in each of Vermont’s 251 towns. Living and working in an 1886 Queen Anne Victorian has further shaped her appreciation for the character and craftsmanship of Vermont homes.
Now working with buyers and sellers across the region, Polyakova offers clients a thoughtful, informed approach grounded in both financial acumen, appreciation for investment and residential property, and client-centric mindset.
She joins the Lipkin Audette Team, a leading force in Vermont real estate and ranked #21 nationally among Coldwell Banker teams in properties closed.
