Community Financial Services Group, LLC (CFSG) has promoted Kimberly L. Arms to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Arms is also a member of CFSG’s Executive Team, where she plays a key role in shaping the firm’s strategic direction and operational excellence.
In her expanded leadership role, Arms will oversee CFSG’s operational functions and lead a team of talented administrative and operational professionals focused on delivering outstanding client service and fiduciary support in a compliant and effective manner. In this role, Arms will also lead CFSG’s ongoing efforts to enhance the use of technology and operating systems, leveraging modern tools and process improvements to deliver exceptional client service in an efficient and fully compliant manner. Her focus on operational innovation will help ensure the firm scales responsibly while maintaining the high standards of service and regulatory oversight expected of a fiduciary organization.
