ReArch Construction in South Burlington has added two new team members and promoted two outstanding leaders, supporting the company’s continued growth and commitment to delivering exceptional results. ReArch welcomes Steve DeVries as Project Manager and Shawn Williams as Estimating Coordinator. Steve brings more than 15 years of construction management experience, including oversight of complex projects nationwide, strengthening ReArch’s ability to deliver complex projects from pre-construction through closeout. Shawn supports the estimating team through bid documentation, project setup, contract preparation, take-offs, buyouts, and subcontractor coordination.
In addition, ReArch proudly promotes Eric Madison to Senior Superintendent and Majken Poley to Project Manager II. Eric’s leadership and mentorship have elevated field performance and client relationships, while Majken’s expertise in scheduling, cost management, and GMP execution continues to strengthen ReArch’s project management standards.
