JK Adams, a celebrated name in high-quality, Vermont-made wooden kitchenware in Dorset, has announced the appointment of Don Swanson II as Senior Vice President & General Manager, effective February 2, 2026. Adam Siegel, who has been serving as President/CEO, will then become the Vice President, Sales. The new structure creates two distinct leadership roles designed to strengthen operational focus and support growth priorities, ensuring strong alignment as the company continues its ongoing integration and growth within the John Boos & Co. family. This executive transition reflects JK Adams’ long-term strategy and John Boos’ continued commitment to investing in the business and Vermont-based manufacturing. In his new role, Swanson will oversee day-to-day operations and execution across manufacturing, supply chain, and performance management. Swanson brings over 25 years of experience to JK Adams, most recently serving as Senior Director of Operations & Manufacturing at The Orvis Company.
