Jacob H. Moulton, former staff attorney for the Department of Vermont Health Access at the Agency of Human Services, has joined Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer as associate attorney in the firm's health care practice group. He will work out of Primmer's Burlington office.
Prior to his tenure at the Department of Vermont Health Access, Moulton served as regulatory compliance officer for Norwich University’s graduate programs. He is a graduate of the University of Maine and holds a law degree from Vermont Law School, where he served as editor of the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law.
