Joyce Schartner, vice president and customer support and operations administrator at Passumpsic Bank, retired Jan. 16 after a 37-year career with the bank.
Throughout her tenure, Schartner held key leadership roles across ACH operations, facility management and the operations and customer support areas. She has been instrumental in navigating the bank through two acquisitions, several organizational changes and numerous operational improvements.
“We thank Joyce for her many years of service and dedication,” said President and CEO Jim Kisch. “She has been a trusted mentor and colleague to so many. We are deeply grateful for her contributions and the legacy she leaves behind.”
