Community National Bank has promoted Sarah Chadburn from assistant vice president and commercial loan officer to vice president of commercial lending.
Chadburn joined Community National in 2009 as a teller and transferred two years later to the commercial credit department. She was promoted to portfolio manager in 2019 and to assistant vice president in 2021.
Chadburn holds a bachelor's degree in business and a professional certificate in paralegal studies from Champlain College. She is also a graduate of the Northern New England School of Banking and Risk Management Association Commercial Lending School.
She serves as president of the Newport Downtown Development Board of Directors and as a member of the the board of Green Mountain Farm to School.
