Health Care and Rehabilitation Services, a community mental health agency serving Windsor and Windham counties, has appointed Chief Operating Officer Anne Bilodeau as the organization’s next CEO, effective April 1. She will succeed George Karabakakis, who is retiring at the end of June.
In her new role, Bilodeau will work closely with the Board of Directors to provide overall strategic and operational leadership for the nonprofit organization. She is a graduate of Regis College and is completing a master's degree in professional studies at Pennsylvania State University.
