Vermont Business Magazine The Attorney General’s Office announced that Jamie Prim, 55, of Middlebury, Vermont, was arraigned on Friday, January 2, 2026, on two counts of felony sexual assault of a child and one count of felony lewd or lascivious conduct with child. The charges brought against Mr. Prim were the result of an investigation conducted by the Middlebury Police Department.

Barra presiding, ordered conditions of release prohibiting Mr. Prim from contacting the alleged victim or any minors, congregating in areas where children are, and consuming alcohol.
