Northfield Savings Bank has promoted Cory Richardson to executive vice president, chief operating officer and chief financial officer, and Megan Cicio to executive vice president and chief banking officer.
In his new role, Richardson will continue to lead the finance department and assume expanded responsibilities across the bank’s operational support functions. His oversight will now include risk management; information technology; project management; loan operations; item processing; document imaging; facilities; work center; direct banking and deposit operations; and cash management operations.
Cicio's new position will bring together customer-facing functions under one unified structure. In addition to leading the enterprise and government banking department, Ciccio will now oversee Northfield Investment Services, community banking, customer support and branch technical support.
“Cory and Megan are exceptional leaders who have consistently raised the bar for NSB,” said President and CEO Joseph Bator. “Cory’s deep expertise across finance and operations will continue to fortify the infrastructure behind our growth, while Megan’s unified oversight of customer-facing teams will ensure every interaction reflects the very best of our community bank.”
