Veteran commercial brokers Ross Montgomery and Matt Tedder have joined Pomerleau Real Estate, bringing more than 30 years of combined experience to the company's expanding commercial brokerage division.
Montgomery, former owner and managing partner at The Kingsland Co. in Burlington, brings to his new position more than 15 years' experience in the commercial real estate space, specializing in owner, tenant and buyer representation. He is a graduate of Hobart & William Smith Colleges and a member of the Northern Vermont Realtor Association and the Chittenden Commercial Real Estate Association.
Tedder, a former partner at The Kingsland Co., is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more 15 years' experience helping clients buy, sell and lease commercial properties throughout the region. He specializes in office, industrial, retail and investment properties, representing both landlords and tenants. Teddler is a 2005 graduate of Hampden Sydney College in Virginia.
