DuBois & King, a multidisciplinary firm that provides consulting engineering, planning, survey, landscape architecture and environmental services from offices in Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine and western New York, has announced that Vice President of Finance and Controller Justin Vertichio will take on the additional duties of chief financial officer.
With this promotion, Vertichio will lead the firm’s financial planning and strategy and joins D&K’s executive team in responsible charge of the overall management and direction of the employee-owned company.
Vertichio holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Joseph's University New York and a master's degree in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
