Downs Rachlin Martin welcomes three new associates

Lindsey Bryant
Elizabeth Frye
Sean M. Davis

Attorneys Lindsey Bryant, Elizabeth Frye and Sean M. Davis have joined the northern New England law firm Downs Rachlin Martin as associates. All three will work out of the firm's Burlington office — Bryant and Frye as part of the litigation team and Davis as part of the business law group.

Bryant joins DRM with extensive experience in environmental and general civil litigation, most recently as a senior associate with Frost Brown Todd in Cincinnati. She is a graduate of Ohio State University and holds a law from Ohio State University's Moritz College of Law, where she served as vice president of the Energy and Environmental Law Society.

Frye comes to DRM following a clerkship with the Vermont Supreme Court. She graduated from Washington College and holds a law degree from Vermont Law and Graduate School, where she served as managing editor of the Vermont Law Review and graduated summa cum laude.

Davis brings a strong academic foundation and practical experience to his new role. He graduated from Hamilton College and earned a law degree, summa cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire's Franklin Pierce School of Law. There, he was a participant in the Daniel Webster Scholar Honors Program and served as a senior editor of the University of New Hampshire Law Review.
